Once again the center will be producing our unique, annual Jewish art calendar, customized for North-Central Florida. It will be mailed and distributed prior to the Jewish New Year. The calendar has received rave reviews for the ninth year in a row. The calendar is an attractive color publication and will include the civil, as well as Jewish dates, along with detailed information about upcoming holidays, educational messages and Shabbat and Holiday candle lighting times.
Unlike ads/announcements in other publications that have a very short life span, your relatives, friends, community neighbors and potential customers will view the colorful and informative Jewish art calendar the whole year round, providing maximum return for your dollar. It will be displayed in thousands of homes, offices and dorms; thus insuring optimum visibility for your announcements, special occasions, business, products or services.
We will be printing 10,000 copies of the calendar, 5000 will be mailed directly to homes and businesses within the community and 5000 distributed amongst the Jewish students and faculty at the University of Florida. You have the unique opportunity to personalize this calendar with your ad or special date. Above each month’s page will be an “eye catching” space to advertise your business or to send a greeting to the community or loved one. The calendar will also feature space for New Year greetings, your family’s special occasions, i.e. Bar/Bat Mitzvah, weddings, student graduations, Yahrtzeits, birthdays and anniversaries to be printed in the calendar on the date of the occasion.
The center is known for its activities that are geared to all, regardless of level of observance or educational background. Even in these challenging economic times, we feel a deep responsibility to serve the students and community. As this is part of our fundraising projects, your advertisement or New Year greeting is crucial to our growth and continued ability to serve the UF and SFC students and the community.
