The Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson of righteous memory, the seventh leader in the Chabad-Lubavitch dynasty, is considered to have been the most phenomenal Jewish personality of modern times. To hundreds of thousands of followers and millions of sympathizers and admirers around the world, he was -- and still is, despite his passing -- "the Rebbe"

The Ohel: An Overview
"The Ohel" is where the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson, of righteous memory, was laid to rest on the 3rd of Tammuz 5754 (June 12, 1994), next to his father-in-law, the sixth Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Yosef Y. Schneersohn, of righteous memory.

My father in law was an etrog merchant, and every year he would bring the Rebbe some very exceptional etrogim. The Rebbe would always inquire about that year's crop and the quality of the year's fruit.   Read »
